Ace Frehley, Kiss Lead Guitarist and Solo Artist, Dies at 74
According to a statement from his family, Paul Daniel "Ace" Frehley, co-founder and lead guitarist of the iconic rock group Kiss and a member of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, passed away after suffering injuries in a fall last month. He was seventy-four.
In the statement, Frehley's family wrote: "We are heartbroken and completely devastated." We had the good fortune to be able to surround him with words, thoughts, prayers, and intentions that were peaceful, loving, and caring as he passed away. We celebrate his strengths and the kindness he showed others, and we treasure all of his best memories and his laughter. The enormity of his death is incomprehensible and of epic proportions. Ace's memory will endure forever as we consider all of his amazing life accomplishments!
